Previously, all True refrigeration products came standard with a 3 year parts and labor, 5 year compressor warranty – but we are excited to announce that any new True refrigeration unit purchased
will now come with a 5 year parts and labor, 7 year compressor warranty!
True already uses some of the best components to manufacture their products, so an increased warranty is a huge bonus for the customer!

With this updated warranty, True now boasts the best warranty in the industry, with most competitors only offering a 1 or 3 year parts and labor warranty. With the 5 year parts and labor guarantee, you can be sure that you are getting the best products using the best manufacturing components. If anything goes wrong in those 5 years, simply contact True’s Warranty Department and you will have your issues quickly resolved without spending a dime.
Many manufacturers as well as dealers offer an extended warranty, but this 5 year standard warranty offered by True is equivalent to those extended warranties without any additional out of pocket costs!
