Traditional Cocktail Recipes

Old Fashioned Recipe
INGREDIENTS
Sugar cube
1-2 dashes of bitters
1 oz whiskey or bourbon
Cherries
Orange wedge
Muddle your sugar cube, bitters, and a teaspoon of water in a glass. Pour whiskey into glass and stir. Carefully add ice and garnish with a cherry and orange wedge.
You may need: Bar Jigger,Muddler, Bar Spoon
Margarita Recipe
INGREDIENTS
1 ½ oz. silver tequila
1 oz. orange liqueur (Triple Sec or Cointreau)
½ oz. lime juice (freshly squeezed is always best!)
Kosher salt for the rim
Salt the rim of your glass and fill with some ice. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine tequila, orange liqueur, and lime juice. Shake for about 10 seconds or until chilled. Strain into prepared glass and garnish with a lime wedge if desired.
You may need: Bar Jigger, Margarita Rimmer, Citrus Squeezer
Long Island Iced Tea Recipe
INGREDIENTS
½ oz. rum
½ oz. vodka
½ oz. tequila
½ oz. gin
½ oz. orange liqueur
1 oz. sour mix
1 oz. cola
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and combine your rum, vodka, tequila, gin, orange liqueur, and sour mix. Cover and shake for about 10 seconds or until chilled. Pour into glass and top with a splash of cola. Garnish with a lemon wedge if desired.
You may need: Cocktail Shaker, Liquor Pourer, Bar Caddy
Cosmopolitan Recipe
INGREDIENTS
1 oz. vodka
1 oz. orange liqueur
½ oz. cranberry juice
In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine all ingredients. Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with lime if desired.

Chocolate Martini Recipe
INGREDIENTS
2 oz. vodka
2 oz. chocolate liqueur
2 oz. Bailey’s Irish Crème
1 tbsp. chocolate syrup
Drizzle the inside of a martini glass with chocolate syrup, then set aside. Pour vodka, chocolate liqueur, and Baileys into a shaker filled with ice and shake for about 10 seconds or until chilled. Strain in prepared martini glass. Top with shaved chocolate if desired.

Bourbon Apple Cider Recipe
INGREDIENTS
2 oz. bourbon
2 oz. apple cider
1 tsp. lemon juice
In your cocktail shaker with ice, combine the bourbon, cider, and lemon juice. Shake until chilled and strain in a glass over ice. Garnish with an apple slice and cinnamon stick if desired.
Grasshopper Cocktail Recipe
INGREDIENTS
¾ oz. crème de menthe
¾ oz. crème de cacao
¾ oz. light crème
Combine ingredients in your cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a cocktail glass and serve with a garnish of fresh mint.
