Keep Your Hot Food Hot!

Fall is now upon us. Time for tailgating and football! As we invite all our friends over let’s keep in mind keeping our hot food hot and our cold food cold! For just a small investment in the right equipment you can accomplish this with ease. For soups, meat balls, stews you can used a 7 or 11 quart soup warmer to keep product hot such as Nemcos 6101a or 6100a. If you need to get the product hot once it is thawed use the Nemco model 6103A or 6102A. These items will be able to take a frozen soup product that has been thawed and get it through the 41 to 135 degree temperature range quick enough to accommodate board of health regulations. For larger quantities use the Nemco 6055a to hold product or the 6055A-CW to heat and hold just like the 7 and 11 quart units.
